Background
Dr. Stulc joined ILBNC in July of 2011. He graduated medical school in 2006 from Des Moines University and following internship he completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Following residency he pursued a fellowship in interventional pain medicine in the department of anesthesiology at Penn State University where he served as chief fellow.
